The novel shock absorber support comprises a lining and a shell, a mounting space is formed in the shell, and a mounting opening allowing the lining to enter the mounting space is formed in the shell; the device further comprises a connecting plate assembly, the connecting plate assembly comprises a connecting plate and a sleeve, the connecting plate is assembled on the shell to shield the mounting opening, and the lining is assembled in the mounting space; the sleeve is fixedly mounted on the connecting plate; the connecting plate and the sleeve are produced and formed respectively, and then the sleeve is fixedly installed on the connecting plate to form the connecting plate assembly. The production of the connecting plate assembly does not need stretching and other sheet metal working procedures; therefore, the problem that a traditional structure is limited by the stretching thinning rate and the elongation rate is solved, the structure is not limited by the height, the wall thickness, the shape and materials, more requirements of products can be met, the technology and procedures are simple, and the efficiency and the percent of pass are extremely high.

    本发明公开了一种新型减震器支撑,包括衬套和壳体,壳体内设置有安装空间,壳体上设置有供衬套进入安装空间的安装开口;本发明还包括连接板组件,连接板组件包括连接板和套筒,连接板装配在壳体上遮挡安装开口,将衬套装配于安装空间中;套筒固定安装在连接板上;连接板和套筒各自生产成型,再将套筒固定安装在连接板上即可形成连接板组件;使得本发明连接板组件的生产无需进行拉伸等钣金加工的工序;进而解决了传统结构的拉伸变薄率和延伸率的限制,且不受高度、壁厚、形状、材料限制,可以满足产品的更多需求,工艺及工序简单,效率及合格率极高。
