A battery clamping mechanical arm transverse moving mechanism is arranged on a telescopic sliding block at the bottom of a battery clamping mechanical arm telescopic mechanism arranged on a rotating platform at the top of the battery clamping mechanical arm rotating mechanism, and two battery clamping mechanical arms are arranged on two transverse moving supports at the bottom of the battery clamping mechanical arm transverse moving mechanism correspondingly. And an unmanned aerial vehicle startup and shutdown mechanism is arranged on the fixed platform at the top of the battery clamping manipulator telescopic mechanism. The unmanned aerial vehicle battery replacing mechanism which is compact in structure, reliable in performance and low in cost is designed by combining the appearance structural characteristics of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the battery appearance and the whole machine design scheme, the unmanned aerial vehicle battery replacing mechanism can serve as a core functional component to be used for an unmanned aerial vehicle parking apron, and automatic battery replacing of the unmanned aerial vehicle is achieved.
