The invention discloses a tail transmission structure of an unmanned helicopter, belongs to the technical field of transmission devices of unmanned helicopters, and solves the problems that a tail transmission line of the unmanned helicopter is long, a tail transmission shaft is easy to deform greatly in the transmission process and can vibrate violently, and meanwhile, the tail transmission shaft is not easy to deform in the vibration process. The tail transmission structure comprises a deep groove ball bearing, a tail transmission shaft support, a tail transmission shaft positioning sleeve, a tail transmission shaft and a tail transmission shaft supporting cylinder. The tail transmission shaft is coaxially installed in the tail transmission shaft supporting cylinder through a tail transmission shaft support. The more than two tail transmission shaft supports are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the tail transmission shaft; and each tail transmission shaft support is coaxially sleeved on the tail transmission shaft through a deep groove ball bearing and a tail transmission shaft positioning sleeve. Deformation of the tail transmission shaft in the long-distance transmission process can be reduced, and vibration of the tail transmission shaft is greatly reduced.

    本发明公开了一种无人直升机尾传动结构,属于无人直升机的传动装置技术领域,解决了由于无人直升机的尾传动路线长,在传动过程中尾传动轴易产生较大的变形,尾传轴会产生剧烈的震动,同时,尾传轴在震动过程中,尾传轴轴承内圈特别容易错位的技术问题,该尾传动结构包括:深沟球轴承、尾传轴支座、尾传轴定位套、尾传轴及尾传轴支撑筒;所述尾传轴通过尾传轴支座同轴安装在尾传轴支撑筒内;两个以上尾传轴支座沿尾传轴的长度方向均匀分布;每个尾传轴支座均通过深沟球轴承和尾传轴定位套同轴套装在尾传轴上。本发明能够减小尾传动轴的长距离传动过程中的变形,大大降低了尾传轴的震动。
