The invention discloses an unmanned helicopter tail transmission test system. The system comprises a bottom plate; the power assembly is suitable for providing power; the tail transmission device is suitable for simulating a tail transmission system when the unmanned helicopter flies; the transmission assembly is arranged on the supporting assembly, located between the power assembly and the tail transmission device, suitable for being connected with the power assembly and the tail transmission device and capable of transmitting power generated by the power assembly to the tail transmission device. The detection mechanism is arranged on the tail transmission device and is suitable for detecting a preset index of the tail transmission device; and the simulation mechanism is arranged on the bottom plate and is suitable for simulating the flying environment of the unmanned helicopter on the peripheral side of the tail transmission device. According to the application, the wind direction and the wind power during flight can be accurately simulated, so that the unmanned helicopter tail transmission system can be subjected to load test in a specified test environment, and limitation caused by actual flight is avoided.
