The invention discloses a high-precision dynamic and static weighing method, device, equipment and system, and relates to the technical field of wagon balances. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring static data and dynamic data of a vehicle through an image acquisition device; calling a preset driving path and a preset driving speed matched with the vehicle type; when the driving path is in the preset driving path and the driving speed is at the preset driving speed, limiting pieces arranged on the periphery and the bottom of the bearing scale body are controlled to contract; weighing data collected by the weighing sensor are obtained, the weighing data and the license plate data are bound, and a vehicle weighing result is sent to a display end; and controlling the road gate to open. On the basis of remote automatic weighing, the vehicle is guided to be weighed in combination with the vehicle type and the vehicle state, so that the weighing accuracy of the wagon balance is improved; therefore, the problems that a traditional wagon balance is low in operation efficiency and high in error rate, remote automatic weighing still needs to manually check whether the vehicle cheats or not, manpower resources are wasted, and the weighing accuracy of the wagon balance cannot be guaranteed are solved.

    本发明公开了一种高精度动静态称重方法、装置、设备及系统,涉及地磅技术领域。其中,方法包括:通过图像采集装置获取车辆的静态数据及动态数据;调取与车辆类型匹配的预设行驶路径和预设行驶速度;在行驶路径处于预设行驶路径内且行驶速度处于预设行驶速度时,控制设置在承载秤体外周及底部的限位件收缩;获取称重传感器采集到的称重数据,将称重数据与车牌数据绑定,并向显示端发送车辆称重结果;控制路闸开启。在远程自动称重的基础上,结合车辆类型及车辆状态,引导车辆称重,提升了地磅称重的准确性;以此解决了传统地磅作业效率低、失误率较高,远程自动称重仍需人工审核车辆是否作弊,浪费人力资源,无法保证地磅称重准确性的问题。
