The invention discloses static load type weighing equipment for a flexible wing of an aircraft. The static load type weighing equipment comprises an upper computer and a plurality of weighing platforms, the plurality of weighing platforms are used for jointly bearing a to-be-weighed wing and weighing the to-be-weighed wing; the weighing platform comprises a communication transceiving module, a controller and a weighing sensor; the controller is used for collecting weight data measured by the weighing sensor and sending the weight data to the upper computer through the communication transceiver module. And the upper computer is used for processing the received weight data to obtain the weight of the wing to be weighed. The weighing equipment is divided into a plurality of weighing platforms, adopts a multi-point supporting mode for weighing, is compact in structure, is suitable for weighing various wing sections, can accurately measure the weight of the wing, confirms whether the weight increment and the total weight of each stage of the production process meet the process index requirements or not, and provides a basis for later quality process traceability.

    本发明公开了一种航空器柔性机翼静载式称重设备,包括:上位机和多个称重平台;多个所述称重平台用于共同承载待称重机翼并对所述待称重机翼进行称重;所述称重平台包括:通讯收发模块、控制器和称重传感器;所述控制器用于采集所述称重传感器测量的重量数据,并通过所述通讯收发模块将所述重量数据发送至所述上位机;所述上位机用于对接收到的所述重量数据进行处理,获得所述待称重机翼的重量。本称重设备分为多个称重平台,采用多点支撑方式称重,结构紧凑,适合多种机翼翼型称重,能够准确测量机翼的重量,以确认生产工艺各阶段的增重、总重是否满足工艺指标要求,并为后期质量工艺溯源提供依据。
