The invention discloses a network connection reference beacon system taking a vehicle as a center. The network connection reference beacon system comprises a roadside network connection reference beacon CRM network, a central operation unit COU, a roadside communication system, an I-type vehicle-mounted module OBM1 and a vehicle-mounted distance measurement unit DMU. According to the vehicle-centered networking reference beacon system, lane keeping of a vehicle is identified by using a triangular position identification method; the vehicle uses vehicle real-time position information, virtual road configuration information or a local position relation table of traffic lane center line key points to realize lane keeping. The system provides object identification and vehicle position information and positions the vehicle, solves two challenging problems of object identification and vehicle position and place identification in automatic driving, and realizes object identification and accurate vehicle positioning under all weather conditions.
