The invention relates to a torsional moment applying mechanism and an unfolding time detection device of an aircraft folding rudder. The torsional moment applying mechanism comprises a supporting seat, a rotating disc, an elastic force storage elastic piece, an elastic force storage wear-resisting pad, a pull rod, a limiting block, an elastic piece and a torsional moment transmission arm. In the torsional moment applying state, the torsional moment applying mechanism is separated from the driving sleeve of the torsional moment storage structure, and at the moment, operation of all parts of the torsional moment applying mechanism does not interfere with the torsional moment storage structure; in the state that the torsional moment is completely applied, the torsional moment applying mechanism is connected with the driving sleeve of the torsional moment storage structure, force applied by the torsional moment applying mechanism is applied to the torsional moment storage structure, and when the torsional moment storage structure releases the torsional moment to drive the movable control surface to be unfolded, the torsional moment applied by the torsional moment applying mechanism needs to be overcome. The structure is convenient to operate and accurate in torsional moment loading, so that accurate detection of the unfolding time is realized.

    本发明涉及一种扭力矩施加机构及飞行器折叠舵的展开时间检测装置,扭力矩施加机构包括支撑座、转盘、弹性蓄力弹片、弹性蓄力耐磨垫、拉杆、限位块、弹性件及扭力矩传动臂。在进行扭力矩施加状态下,扭力矩施加机构与扭力矩蓄存结构的驱动套相脱离,此时,扭力矩施加机构的各部件运行不会与扭力矩蓄存结构产生干涉;在扭力矩施加完毕状态下,扭力矩施加机构与扭力矩蓄存结构的驱动套相连接,扭力矩施加机构施加的力被加持在扭力矩蓄存结构上,扭力矩蓄存结构释放扭力矩驱动动舵面展开时就需要克服扭力矩施加机构施加的扭力矩,上述结构便于操作,扭力矩加载精确,从而实现了对展开时间的准确检测。
