The invention discloses a rapid unfolding mechanism for a folding rudder sheet, and belongs to the technical field of attitude control of aviation aircrafts. The technical problems that an existing folding rudder sheet unfolding mechanism is complex in structure, long in unfolding time and prone to inflection after being unfolded are solved. A folding rudder sheet rapid unfolding mechanism is embedded and mounted in a steering engine shell; the folding rudder piece rapid unfolding mechanism comprises a rudder piece locking component, a pressure releasing component, a moving piston and a snapping component. Wherein the moving piston is arranged in the steering engine shell, a closed cavity is formed in the moving piston, the pressure releasing component is arranged in the closed cavity, the upper end of the snapping component is connected with the moving piston, and the lower end of the snapping component is connected with the steering engine shell; and the rudder sheet locking part is arranged on the moving piston and can lock the rudder sheet. The folding rudder sheet unfolding mechanism is simple in structure, small in occupied space and capable of being rapidly unfolded without being folded back, and therefore the stable flight attitude of an aircraft can be guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种折叠舵片快速展开机构,属于航空飞行器姿态控制技术领域;解决了现有折叠舵片展开机构的结构复杂、展开时间较长以及展开后极易回折的技术问题。本发明的折叠舵片快速展开机构嵌入安装于舵机壳体中;该折叠舵片快速展开机构包括舵片锁紧部件、压力释放部件、运动活塞和拉断部件;其中,运动活塞设于舵机壳体内,运动活塞内设有封闭空腔,压力释放部件设于封闭空腔内,拉断部件的上端与运动活塞连接,下端与舵机壳体连接;舵片锁紧部件设于运动活塞上且能够锁住舵片。本发明的折叠舵片展开机构的结构简单,占用空间少,且能够快速展开并不会回折,因此能够保证飞行器稳定的飞行姿态。
