The invention discloses a rapid unfolding method for a folding rudder sheet, and belongs to the technical field of attitude control of aviation aircrafts. The problems that an existing folding rudder sheet unfolding method is long in unfolding time and prone to inflection after unfolding are solved. The method comprises the steps that 1, after a steering engine receives an unlocking instruction, a pressure release component is activated, a snap bolt is broken under the pressure effect of gas released by the pressure release component, and a moving piston starts to move upwards; 2, the moving piston pushes the rudder sheet to be unfolded in an accelerated mode in the upward moving process till the rudder sheet breaks away from the influence of the moving piston; 3, a compression spring in the rudder shaft exerts resilience force on a push rod, and the push rod continues to push the rudder piece to be unfolded in an accelerated mode; and 4, after the rudder sheet is unfolded to the maximum angle, the top end inclined face of the ejector rod is matched with the self-locking face of the rudder sheet to restrain further unfolding of the rudder sheet. According to the folding rudder sheet unfolding method, the rudder sheet can be rapidly unfolded and cannot be folded back, and therefore the stable flight attitude of an aircraft can be guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种折叠舵片快速展开方法,属于航空飞行器姿态控制技术领域;解决了现有折叠舵片展开方法展开时间较长以及展开后极易回折的问题。该方法包括:步骤1、舵机在收到解锁指令后,激活压力释放部件,拉断螺栓在压力部件释放的气体的压力作用下断裂,运动活塞开始向上运动;步骤2、运动活塞向上运动过程中推动舵片加速展开,直至舵片脱离运动活塞影响;步骤3、舵轴内的压簧对推杆施加回弹力,推杆继续推动舵片加速展开;步骤4、舵片展开至最大角度后,顶杆的顶端斜面与舵片的自锁面相互配合以约束舵片进一步展开。本发明的折叠舵片展开方法能够快速展开舵片并确保其不会回折,因此能够保证飞行器稳定的飞行姿态。
