The invention discloses a double-layer vibration isolation suspension and a forming method and device thereof. The method comprises the steps that a small bush and a large bush which are made of rubber materials are subjected to vulcanization forming; a bushing inner core is embedded into the large bushing; the small lining and the large lining with the lining inner core are placed in a cavity area of a forming device; melting the nylon-glass fiber into a liquid state at high temperature according to a certain proportion; and a liquid nylon-glass fiber mixture is injected into the cavity area through a feeding inner opening of the forming device, and the suspension support is subjected to injection molding. According to the suspension, the weight can be reduced, the vibration isolation effect is improved, and the resonant frequency is better avoided. In addition, the invention further discloses a suspension forming method suitable for the nylon-glass fiber material and a corresponding forming device.

    一种双层隔振悬置及其成型方法、成型装置,该方法包括:将橡胶材料的小衬套和大衬套硫化成型;在大衬套中嵌入衬套内芯;将小衬套和带有衬套内芯的大衬套分别放置在成型装置的空腔区域内;将尼龙‑玻纤按照一定配比高温熔化至液态;将液态的尼龙‑玻纤混合物通过成型装置的进料内口注入到空腔区域,将悬置支架注塑成型。本发明的悬置可以减轻重量、提升振动隔离效果、更好地避开共振频率。此外,本发明还公开一种适用于尼龙‑玻纤材料的悬置成型方法以及对应的成型装置。
