To provide a vibration isolation device and a suspension device each of which is configured to be flexible to vertical vibration, thereby enabling improvement of riding comfort and is configured to be rigid to vibration in a roll direction or a pitch direction, thereby enabling improvement of driving stability.SOLUTION: Two vibration isolation bushes 1a, 2a are arranged in such a manner that the expansion and the contraction of a support liquid chambers 22 become the same when an outer cylinder 11 and a case cylinder 21 are relatively displaced in the vertical same orientation, and a connecting member 1c with which the support chambers of the two vibration isolation bushes communicate comprises an adjusting cylinder 31 in which first and second working fluid chambers C1, C2 aligned in a direction of a cylinder axis O2 are arranged, and an operation member 32 having a part of bulkheads of the first and second working fluid chambers, and making the expansion and the contraction of the first and second working fluid chambers become the same with movement in the cylinder axis direction. The support liquid chambers individually communicate with the first and second working fluid chambers, the operation member is energized in the cylinder axis direction, and imparts, through the first and second working fluid chambers, inner pressure which can support a vertical static load applied to the case cylinder, individually to the support liquid chambers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】上下方向の振動に対しては、柔軟性を具備させて乗り心地性を向上させ、ロール方向、若しくはピッチ方向の振動に対しては硬くして操縦安定性を向上させる。【解決手段】2つの防振ブッシュ1a、1bは、外筒11およびケース筒21が、上下方向の同じ向きに相対変位したときに、支持液室22の拡縮が同じになるように設けられ、2つの防振ブッシュの各支持液室が連通する接続部材1cは、シリンダ軸O2方向に並ぶ第1、第2作動液室C1、C2が内部に設けられた調整シリンダ31と、第1、第2作動液室それぞれの隔壁の一部を有し、シリンダ軸方向の移動に伴い、第1、第2作動液室それぞれの拡縮を同じにする作動部材32と、を備え、各支持液室が、第1、第2作動液室に各別に連通し、作動部材は、シリンダ軸方向に付勢され、第1、第2作動液室を通して、各支持液室に、ケース筒に加えられる上下方向の静荷重を支持可能な内圧を各別に付与する。【選択図】図4
