The invention discloses a Stewart vibration isolation platform with double-layer vibration isolation supporting legs. The platform comprises an upper platform body, a lower platform body and six double-layer vibration isolation supporting leg units, the upper platform body and the lower platform body are each provided with three pairs of hooke joint connecting pieces in a triangular arrangement manner, and the distances between the hooke joint connecting pieces and the axis of the upper platform body and the axis of the lower platform body are equal. Each hooke joint connecting piece on the upper platform is connected with two hooke joints on the lower platform through two double-layer vibration isolation supporting leg units, and each double-layer vibration isolation supporting leg unit is sequentially composed of an upper piston rod, an O-shaped sealing ring, an upper metal spiral spring, a cylindrical shell, a lower metal spiral spring, an O-shaped sealing ring and a lower piston rod from top to bottom. Each piston rod is movably limited in the corresponding cylindrical shell in a telescopic manner. The Stewart vibration isolation platform is simple in structure, high in replaceability and suitable for the field of vibration isolation of various space structures, the effect superposition of a Stewart platform with excellent vibration isolation performance and a double-layer vibration isolation system is achieved, and the overall effect can greatly exceed the capacity of the maximum 45dB vibration level fall of a previous single vibration isolation system.

    本发明提供一种具有双层隔振支腿的Stewart隔振平台,包括上下两个平台和六个双层隔振支腿单元,所述上下两个平台上均呈三角形排布设置有三对虎克铰连接件,且虎克铰连接件距上下平台的轴心线距离相等,上平台上的每个虎克铰连接件通过两个双层隔振支腿单元与下平台上的两个虎克铰连接,每个双层隔振支腿单元从上到下依次由上活塞杆、O型密封圈、上金属螺旋弹簧、圆柱壳体、下金属螺旋弹簧、O型密封圈、下活塞杆组成,所述活塞杆可伸缩的活动限制于所述圆柱壳体内。本发明结构简单、可替换性强,适用于多种空间结构隔振领域,实现了具有优异隔振性能的Stewart平台与双层隔振系统的效果叠加,总体效果可大大超过此前单一隔振系统最大45dB振级落差的能力。
