The invention relates to an automatic driving restraint system and method based on driving behavior detection, and the method comprises the following steps: 1) completing the learning and examination, and enabling an automatic driving function; 2) acquiring driving behavior information; and 3) the cloud performs scoring according to the driving behavior information, and determines whether the automatic driving function continues to be started according to the score. According to the method, before the automatic driving function is used, it must be guaranteed that a driver knows and masters the automatic driving function through automatic driving operation standard learning and answer assessment; besides, when the automatic driving function is used, the system monitors and scores the driving behavior of the driver in real time, when the score is too low, the automatic driving function is directly closed, the driver is required to unlock through learning and examination again, and the bad driving habit of the driver can be effectively restrained; a driver can be prevented from misusing, abusing and excessively depending on an automatic driving function, and the safety of automatic driving is improved.

    本发明涉及一种基于驾驶行为检测的自动驾驶约束系统及方法,方法包括包括如下步骤:1)完成学习和考核,自动驾驶功能开启;2)获取驾驶行为信息;3)云端根据驾驶行为信息进行评分,根据评分确定自动驾驶功能是否继续开启。本发明所述方法提出在使用自动驾驶功能前,必须先通过自动驾驶操作规范的学习和答题考核,确保驾驶员了解并掌握自动驾驶功能;另外,在使用自动驾驶功能时,系统对驾驶员的驾驶行为进行实时监测并评分,当评分过低时,直接关闭自动驾驶功能,并要求驾驶员重新通过学习和考核解锁,可以有效约束驾驶员不好的驾驶习惯;可避免驾驶员误用、滥用和过分依赖自动驾驶功能,提高自动驾驶的安全性。
