PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saving driving behavior detection (accident report) system capable of easily and inexpensively reporting an accident.SOLUTION: A driving behavior detection system 10 comprises: a detection device 1 having an acceleration sensor 5, a communication circuit 7 and a control part 8, therein the control part 8 is configured to, when detecting a first acceleration value which is a first threshold or more, switch on the communication circuit 7, and the control part 8 is configured to, when not detecting an acceleration which is the first threshold or more in a predetermined period, switch off the communication circuit 7, and to, when detecting a second acceleration value which is a second threshold or more, transmit the second acceleration value by the communication circuit 7; and a terminal 3 for, when communication with the communication circuit 7 is established, receiving the second acceleration value from the detection device 1, and for determining whether or not an accident occurs on the basis of the second acceleration value, and for transmitting information on the accident including a result of determination to the server 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
