The invention relates to the technical field of ocean engineering, and discloses an offshore converter station valve hall structure system which comprises an alternating-current layer deck, a first-layer deck, a longitudinal bulkhead and a transverse bulkhead which define a valve hall, the longitudinal bulkhead is perpendicular to the transverse bulkhead, and valve hall first-layer deck beams and valve hall top-layer deck beams are arranged on the transverse bulkhead and the longitudinal bulkhead. A first truss is arranged between a first-layer deck beam and a first-layer deck of the valve hall; stand columns are arranged at the positions, on the marine transportation supporting points and the in-position supporting points of the valve hall, of the transverse bulkhead, and a first diagonal draw bar is connected between every two adjacent stand columns. The diagonal draw bars and the first truss can form a traditional large A-shaped truss, and the overall stress of the platform is good; the first trusses improve the overall rigidity of the valve hall, the calculated span of all bearing structural beams is reduced to 15 m or below, the section of the structural beams is effectively reduced, and the size of the main structural beams is greatly reduced; the diagonal draw bar system plays a role similar to an inhaul cable, the first truss is matched with the first diagonal draw bar, no complex node is constructed, and the construction workload is reduced.
本发明涉及海洋工程技术领域,公开了一种海上换流站阀厅结构体系,包括围成阀厅的交流层甲板、一层甲板、纵舱壁和横舱壁,纵舱壁垂直于横舱壁,横舱壁、纵舱壁上均布置有阀厅首层甲板梁与阀厅顶层甲板梁,阀厅首层甲板梁与一层甲板之间布置有第一桁架;横舱壁上于阀厅的各海运支撑点处、就位支撑点处均设置有立柱,相邻的两个立柱之间连接有第一斜拉杆。斜拉杆与第一桁架能够构成传统的大“A型”桁架,平台整体受力良好;第一桁架提高阀厅的整体刚度,将所有承重结构梁的计算跨度降低至15米以下,有效降低结构梁的截面,极大地降低主结构梁的尺寸;斜拉杆系统发挥类似“拉索”的作用,第一桁架配合第一斜拉杆没有复杂节点建造,减小建造工作量。
