The invention provides a tower crane collision prevention alarm device which comprises a tower crane rotation limiter and a tower crane trolley stroke limiter which are mounted on a tower crane, and the tower crane is provided with an angle encoder for collecting the operation angle of a cargo boom of the tower crane and an amplitude encoder for collecting the operation stroke of a tower crane trolley. The angle encoder is connected to a tower crane rotation limiter, and the amplitude encoder is connected to a tower crane trolley stroke limiter; the angle encoder and the amplitude encoder are electrically connected with a main machine installed on the tower crane. According to the alarm device and method for preventing collision of the tower crane, through ingenious design, collision between a trolley steel wire rope of a high tower crane and a cargo boom of a low tower crane during multi-tower operation is effectively prevented, and a hoisted object is prevented from passing over a crowded area or other areas needing to be protected; the angle encoder and the amplitude encoder can be simply installed and fixed, signal transmission is not easily interfered, and the alarm accuracy is improved.

    本发明提供一种预防塔吊碰撞报警装置,包括安装在塔吊上的塔吊回转限位器和塔吊小车行程限位器,塔吊上安装有用于采集塔吊的起重臂运行角度的角度编码器和用于采集塔吊小车运行行程的幅度编码器,角度编码器连接于塔吊回转限位器,幅度编码器连接于塔吊小车行程限位器;角度编码器和幅度编码器分别与安装在塔吊上的主机电性连接。本发明的一种预防塔吊碰撞报警装置和方法,通过巧妙地设计,有效地预防了多塔作业时高塔吊的小车钢丝绳与低塔吊的起重臂发生碰撞,以及防止吊装物从人员密集区或其他需要保护的区域上空经过,角度编码器和幅度编码器可以简单地进行安装固定,信号传输不易受干扰,提高了报警正确率。
