The invention discloses a method for preventing collision between adjacent tower cranes, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: firstly, installing a Beidou navigation positioning device (3) at the center (2) of the top of a tower body of a first tower crane (1), and defining the position as a first fixed position; then installing a Beidou navigation positioning device (3) on a crane carriage (5) connected to a cargo boom (4) of the first tower crane (1), defining the position as a first maneuvering position, installing a Beidou navigation positioning device (3) on a tower body top center (2) of the second tower crane (6), and defining the position as a second fixed position; and then the Beidou navigation positioning device (3) is also installed on the crane carriage (5) connected to the cargo boom (4) of the second tower crane (6), and the position is defined as a second maneuvering position.
