The invention relates to the technical field of industrial factory building equipment, and discloses a lateral brake structure of a crane girder, which comprises an L-shaped beam and a connecting steel plate, the L-shaped beam is made of reinforcing steel bars and concrete, the L-shaped beam comprises a fixed part and a cantilever part, the upper end of the fixed part is connected with the first end of the cantilever part, and the lower end of the fixed part is connected with a main body structure of a factory building; angle steel is pre-embedded in the second end of the cantilever part, the first end of the connecting steel plate is connected with the angle steel, and the second end of the connecting steel plate is connected with the crane beam; the invention further discloses a design method of the lateral braking structure of the crane beam, and the design method comprises the following steps that S1, the L-shaped beam is made of steel bars and concrete, and the angle steel is pre-buried at one end of the L-shaped beam; s2, the other end of the L-shaped beam is connected with a main body structure of the plant, and an upper flange of the crane beam is connected with the pre-embedded angle steel through a connecting steel plate; s3, checking the strength of the lateral braking structure; and S4, determining the area of the reinforcing steel bars in the L-shaped beam. The crane beam has the advantages that the lateral stability of the crane beam can be improved, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及工业厂房设备技术领域,公开了一种吊车梁的侧向制动结构,包括L形梁和连接钢板,L形梁由钢筋和混凝土制成,L形梁包括固定部和悬梁部,固定部的上端与悬梁部的第一端连接,固定部的下端与厂房的主体结构连接,悬梁部的第二端预埋有角钢,连接钢板的第一端与角钢连接,连接钢板的第二端与吊车梁连接;本发明还公开了一种吊车梁的侧向制动结构的设计方法,包括如下步骤:S1、采用钢筋和混凝土制成L形梁,并在L形梁的一端预埋角钢;S2、将L形梁的另一端与厂房的主体结构连接,吊车梁的上翼缘通过连接钢板与预埋角钢连接;S3、验算侧向制动结构的强度;S4、确定L形梁中钢筋的面积。本发明具有能提高吊车梁的侧向稳定性,降低造价的优点。
