The invention relates to a tower crane frequency conversion integrated controller, and relates to the technical field of power electronics. The tower crane frequency conversion integrated controller comprises an electrical control module, a rectification module, an inversion and energy consumption braking module and a control and safety monitoring system, the input end of the electrical control module is connected with an external power supply system, the output end of the electrical control module is connected with the input end of the rectification module, the output end of the rectification module is connected with the power supply end of the inversion and energy consumption braking module, and the output end of the rectification module is connected with the power supply end of the control and safety monitoring system. A first control end of the control and safety monitoring system is connected with a controlled end of the inversion and energy consumption braking module, a first output end of the inversion and energy consumption braking module is connected with a driving end of the lifting motor, and a second output end of the inversion and energy consumption braking module is connected with a driving end of the rotary motor. And the third output end of the inversion and energy consumption braking module is connected with the driving end of the variable amplitude motor. The control system is used for solving the problem of low integration degree of the control system of the tower crane.

    本申请涉及一种塔吊变频一体化控制器,涉及电力电子技术领域。该塔吊变频一体化控制器包括电气控制模块、整流模块、逆变与能耗制动模块和控制及安全监控系统;电气控制模块的输入端连接外部电源系统,电气控制模块的输出端连接整流模块的输入端,整流模块的输出端连接逆变与能耗制动模块的电源端,整流模块的输出端连接控制及安全监控系统的电源端,控制及安全监控系统的第一控制端连接逆变与能耗制动模块的受控端,逆变与能耗制动模块的第一输出端连接起升电机的驱动端,逆变与能耗制动模块的第二输出端连接回转电机的驱动端,逆变与能耗制动模块的第三输出端连接变幅电机的驱动端。本申请用以解决塔式起重机的控制系统集成度低的问题。
