The invention discloses a method for controlling stopping of a tower crane, a controller and the tower crane. The method comprises the steps that under the condition that a starting signal sent by an operation knob is received, the tower crane type of the tower crane is determined; acquiring height data of the tower body and position information of an obstacle within the rotation radius of the cargo boom; combining the type of the tower crane, and comparing the height data with the position information of the obstacle to determine a target parking position; determining a corresponding tower crane stopping strategy according to the tower crane type; on the basis of the tower crane stopping strategy, the cargo boom is controlled to move to the target stopping position; wherein the target stopping position comprises a target height stopping position, a target variable amplitude stopping position and a target rotation stopping position. The target parking position is determined by combining the tower crane type, comparing the height data with the position information of the obstacle, and then the cargo boom is controlled to move to the target parking position based on the tower crane parking strategy corresponding to the tower crane type, so that the safety of the tower crane parking process can be improved.

    本申请公开了一种用于控制塔机停靠的方法、控制器及塔机。该方法包括:在接收到操作旋钮发送的启动信号的情况下,确定塔机的塔机类型;获取塔身的高度数据和起重臂回转半径内的障碍物的位置信息;结合塔机类型,对比高度数据和障碍物的位置信息,以确定目标停靠位置;根据塔机类型确定对应的塔机停靠策略;基于塔机停靠策略,控制起重臂移动至目标停靠位置;其中,目标停靠位置包括目标高度停止位置、目标变幅停止位置和目标回转停止位置。本申请通过结合塔机类型,对比高度数据和障碍物的位置信息,以确定目标停靠位置,进而基于与塔机类型对应的塔机停靠策略,控制起重臂移动至目标停靠位置,能够提高塔机停靠过程的安全性。
