The invention discloses a turning-over device for a large-section steel member and a using method, and relates to the technical field of steel structure production. The problem that when a component turns over, a rope is released due to the sudden instability phenomenon when the gravity center of the component is converted can be solved. The device comprises a balance weight base with a downward opening and a C-shaped cross section, two parallel mounting seats are fixed to the upper surface of the balance weight base, tower-shaped fixing tables are fixed to the middles of the upper surfaces of the two mounting seats, and two swing energy absorption springs are fixed to the top ends of the two tower-shaped fixing tables; the same supporting plate mechanism is fixed to the top ends of the swing energy absorption springs, angle steel supporting plates are fixed to the upper surfaces of the two mounting bases, and two arc-shaped guide rails with opposite openings and parallel to each other are fixed to the upper surface of each angle steel supporting plate. According to the invention, the arrangement of the swing energy-absorbing spring can reduce the tension of the steel wire rope, thereby preventing the rope from breaking due to overlarge tension during starting.

    本发明中公开了一种大截面钢构件的翻身装置及使用方法,涉及钢结构生产技术领域;能够解决在构件翻身的时候,存在构件重心转换时突然失稳现象导致绳索脱扣的问题;所述装置包括开口向下截面呈C形结构的配重底座,所述配重底座的上表面分别固定有相互平行的两个安装座,且两个安装座的上表面中部均固定有塔型固定台,两个塔型固定台的顶端均固定有两个摆动吸能弹簧,且摆动吸能弹簧的顶端固定有同一个托板机构,两个所述安装座的上表面均固定有角钢托板,且每个角钢托板的上表面均固定有两个开口相对且互相平行的弧形导轨。本发明中,摆动吸能弹簧的设置可以让钢丝绳的拉力减轻,避免刚启动时拉力过大导致绳索挣断。
