Supporting pieces are arranged at the bottoms, corresponding to the three stations, of the overturning groove, a concave plate used for being connected with the steel box girder in a clamped mode is movably placed in the overturning groove, an arc-shaped groove is formed in the corner of the outer side of the concave plate, a sleeve is correspondingly arranged in the arc-shaped groove, and a fixing shaft capable of being inserted into the sleeve is arranged in the portion, corresponding to the arc-shaped groove, of the overturning platform. According to the large-section steel box girder turnover device, a ground rolling type turnover mode is adopted, the steel box girder does not need to be hoisted, shaking of the steel box girder can be avoided, the turnover difficulty is low, the stability of the steel box girder in the turnover process is good, the operation safety is high, the turnover speed can be effectively increased, and therefore the working efficiency is improved, and operation is convenient.

    本发明公开了一种大截面钢箱梁翻身装置,包括翻转平台,所述翻转平台上开设有若干个平行设置的翻转槽,每个翻转槽内部均设有两个弧形槽,两个弧形槽将翻转槽分割成初始位、中转位和终止位三个工位,翻转槽与三个工位对应的底部均设有支撑件,翻转槽的内部活动放置有用于卡接钢箱梁的凹型板,凹型板的外侧转角处设有弧形槽对应设置套筒,翻转平台与弧形槽对应的内部设有能够插入到套筒内部的固定轴。该大截面钢箱梁翻身装置,采用地面滚动式翻转方式,无需将钢箱梁吊起,能够避免钢箱梁晃动,翻转难度底,并且翻转过程中钢箱梁的稳定性好,操作安全性高,可以有效提高翻转速度,从而提高工作效率,方便操作。
