The device comprises a driving structure, a shell, a rotating structure, a plurality of grippers and positioning thorns, and the driving structure is arranged in the shell; the rotating structure is connected with the driving structure and can be driven by the driving structure to rotate; one end of the gripper is connected with the rotating structure and can rotate along with the rotation of the rotating structure; one end of the positioning thorn is fixed on the shell, and the other end extends to the gripper; a positioning thorn is introduced in the design process of the mechanical claw, that is, a metal thorn extends out of a shell of the mechanical claw, when the mechanical claw lands on a slope in an open state, the positioning thorn can penetrate into materials, triangular protrusions are formed on the two petals of the claw, and therefore the mechanical claw is prevented from sliding on the slope, and the positioning effect is achieved; in the folding process of the two petals of the mechanical claw, the deep positioning thorns can play a role in anchoring, the mechanical claw is prevented from being jacked up by materials, and it is ensured that enough samples can be grabbed.

    本发明公开了一种机械爪及无人机,属于样品采集领域。本发明包括驱动结构、壳体、转动结构、若干抓手以及定位刺,其中,驱动结构设置于壳体内部;转动结构与驱动结构相连接,可由驱动结构驱动而转动;抓手的一端与转动结构相连接,可随转动结构的转动而转动;定位刺的一端固定于壳体,另一端延伸至抓手处;本发明在机械爪的设计过程中引入定位刺,即在机械爪的壳体伸出一根金属刺,当机械爪在张开状态下于坡面着陆时,定位刺可以深入物料中,并于爪子两瓣形成三角形凸起,从而避免机械爪在坡面上滑动,起到定位作用;在机械爪两瓣合拢过程中,深入的定位刺可起到锚定作用,防止机械爪被物料顶起,确保能够抓取足够量的样品。
