A fish body is divided into a head part, a chest part, a waist part and a tail fin, the head part is connected with the chest part, the head part is provided with an adsorption throwing device used for carrying relief goods, a left pectoral fin and a right pectoral fin are symmetrically installed on the two sides of the chest part, and the left pectoral fin and the right pectoral fin are driven by a left pectoral fin steering engine and a right pectoral fin steering engine respectively; a sealed cabin is arranged in the chest shell, the dorsal fin is installed on the top of the chest shell, the waist is connected with the chest, and the tail fin is connected with the waist. The bionic robotic fish has the advantages of being low in power consumption, flexible in maneuverability, high in efficiency, high in cruising ability, low in manufacturing cost and maintenance cost, capable of being repeatedly used and capable of being put in a large amount, and the requirement for long-time and large-range underwater environment rescue can be met. The gap of robotic fish rescue is filled, the rescue efficiency and success rate are improved, and the rescue problem in a severe environment is solved.
