The invention belongs to the field of aircraft transmission, and particularly relates to an angular displacement steering engine. At present, an existing angular displacement steering engine is not provided with a rotating speed balancing device, so that after a transmission beam is disconnected, a stall state occurs, the angular displacement steering engine loses original functions and performance, and finally the flight safety of the whole machine is endangered. A dual-redundancy direct-current brushless motor is adopted to drive a set of turbine worm and straight gear transmission chain, and a position feedback output transmission chain adopts a set of independent anti-backlash gear to drive a dual-redundancy RVDT output shaft to work; the intermediate link further comprises an electromagnetic friction clutch slipping device, a rotating speed damping balancing device, a force sensing transmission device for providing preloading force, a safe shearing device for preventing mechanical transmission from being stuck, a limit electric switch device for preventing overlarge preloading force and the like; in addition, the angular displacement steering engine has a reverse self-locking function, the reliability and safety of the angular displacement steering engine are improved, and the service life of the angular displacement steering engine is prolonged. And the problems of design defects and the like caused by a traditional electric steering engine can be solved.

    本发明属于飞行器传动领域,具体涉及一种角位移舵机。目前现有的角位移舵机没有转速均衡装置,导致传动梁断开后,会出现失速状态,角位移舵机将丧失其原有功能及性能,最终危及整机飞行安全。本发明采用双余度直流无刷电机驱动一套涡轮蜗杆加直齿轮传动链,位置反馈输出传动链采用一套单独的消隙齿轮带动双余度RVDT输出轴工作;中间环节另包含电磁摩擦离合打滑装置、转速阻尼均衡装置、提供预载力力感传动装置、防机械传动卡死安全剪切装置、防预载力过大极限电门开关装置等;另外角位移舵机具备反向自锁功能,提升了角位移舵机的可靠性、安全性及其寿命。可替代传统的电动舵机带来的设计缺点等问题。
