The invention discloses a transverse angular displacement tooling device, which comprises a sensor installing plate, a sensor, a connecting shaft, a rocker arm, a first sleeve and a second sleeve, wherein the sensor is arranged on the connecting shaft, and is positioned at one side of the sensor installing plate; the connecting shaft passes through the sensor installing plate and is connected with the rocker arm; and the first sleeve and the second sleeve are arranged at two sides of the upper end of the sensor installing plate. According to the transverse angular displacement tooling device, when an aircraft handle leftwards and rightwards rotates, the connecting shaft is connected with the rocker arm; the rocker arm is further driven to rotate; the sensor transmits detecting signals to a control assembly; and the automatic control effect is further achieved. The integral design structure is simple and novel, the practicability is high, and the popularization and the use are easy.
