A plurality of sealing rubber strips are arranged on the periphery of the binding surface; a sole timber is installed on a coaming at the bottom of the inner side of the overhaul bin, a water collecting channel is reserved around the sole timber, a motor and water pump combination module is installed at the top of the overhaul bin, and a water suction pipe of a water pump vertically extends downwards into the water collecting channel. The device is simple in structure, easy and convenient to operate, safe, reliable, small in overhaul difficulty, convenient and rapid to maintain and low in overhaul cost, overhaul efficiency is improved by more than five times, overhaul can be conducted at any time in the construction process, and influence on normal construction is small; and yield loss caused by poor sealing performance of the side suction port of the trailing suction ship and safety risks caused by abrasion of a suction pipeline and faults of a gate valve can be effectively avoided.
本发明公开了一种耙吸船舷侧吸口及吸入管线的水下检修平台及其检修方法,水下检修平台包括由围板围成的检修仓,检修仓的顶部开口,检修仓的四周在与船舷贴合一侧的贴合面底部开口,贴合面的四周镶嵌若干块永磁铁,并在贴合面四周设置若干道密封胶条;检修仓内侧底部的围板上安装有垫木,垫木四周预留有集水通道,检修仓顶部安装有电机及水泵组合模块,水泵的吸水管垂直向下延伸至集水通道内。本发明结构简单、操作简便、安全可靠,检修难度小、维修方便快速,检修成本低,检修效率提升5倍以上,可在施工过程中随时检修,对正常施工影响小;可以有效避免耙吸船舷侧吸口密封性差造成的产量损失,以及吸入管线磨损、闸板阀故障引起的安全风险。
