The invention relates to a winding device and a precast beam hoisting method. The winding device comprises a portal frame, a hoisting mechanism and a protection device, the portal frame is arranged on the ground, walking wheels are arranged at the bottom of the portal frame, the hoisting mechanism comprises a motor, a winding drum and a steel cable, and the protection device comprises a fixing shaft, a rotating wheel, a first action ring, a second action ring, a control ring, a clamping block, a balancing weight and a brake rod set. The steel cable is pulled out of the winding drum and wound on the slope sliding table for preset turns and then droops to suspend a heavy object. During working, the control ring is matched with the first action ring and the second action ring, so that the brake rod group has different deflection directions and deflection angles, and then different brake strategies are provided during heavy-load top rushing, heavy-load falling, light-load top rushing and light-load falling; in this way, in different states, appropriate braking schemes are adopted to ensure that all parts and the steel cable cannot bear huge impact, the braking modes are diversified, and the use performance of equipment is high.

    本发明涉及一种卷扬装置及一种预制梁吊运方法。卷扬装置包括龙门架、起升机构和保护装置,龙门架设置于地面且底部设置有行走轮,起升机构包括电机、卷筒和钢索,保护装置包括固定轴、转轮、第一动作环和第二动作环、控制环、卡块、配重块和制动杆组,控制环上设置有斜面滑台,钢索从卷筒拉出在斜面滑台上缠绕预设圈数后下垂悬吊重物。本发明在工作时,通过控制环与第一动作环和第二动作环的配合,使制动杆组具有不同的偏摆方向和偏摆角度,进而在重载冲顶、重载坠落、轻载冲顶、轻载坠落时具有不同的制动策略,以此使得本发明在不同的状态下采用合适的制动方案来确保各零部件和钢索不会承受巨大冲击,制动方式多样化,设备使用性能高。
