The invention discloses a U-shaped precast beam hoisting and positioning device which comprises a bottom plate and a top plate. The two sides of the top end of the bottom plate are fixedly connected with the two sides of the bottom end of the top plate through connecting plates correspondingly; the top end of the bottom plate is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the top plate through four vertical plates; and a supporting driving mechanism is fixedly arranged in the middle of the bottom end of the bottom plate. The U-shaped precast beam hoisting and positioning device provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that the bottom plate and the top plate can be connected through the two connecting plates, and the four vertical plates are arranged between the bottom plate and the top plate, so that the bottom plate can be supported, and the tensile capacity of the bottom plate is improved. A clamping mechanism is arranged to clamp the precast beam towards the outer side, andthe clamping mechanism can provide the supporting force for the precast beam while clamping the precast beam, so that when the precast beam is clamped by a guiding mechanism, the clamping mechanism clamps the precast beam at the same time, and the clamped precast beam is firm in connection and stable in hoisting.

    本发明公开了一种U型预制梁吊装定位装置,包括底板和顶板,底板顶端的两边侧均通过连接板分别与顶板底端的两边侧固定连接,底板的顶端通过四个立板与顶板的底端固定连接,底板底端的中部固定设有支撑驱动机构,本发明的有益效果是:通过两个连接板可将底板与顶板连接,通过在底板与顶板之间设置四个立板,可对底板进行支撑,提高了底板的抗拉能力。通过设置的夹紧机构能够将预制梁向外侧夹紧,夹紧机构在夹紧预制梁的同时,还能够给预制梁一个支撑力,使得预制梁在被导向机构夹紧的时候,夹紧机构同时将预制梁夹紧,夹紧后的预制梁连接牢固、吊装稳定。
