The invention discloses a precast beam hoisting construction method in a warehouse logistics building, and belongs to the field of construction methods. Climbing type hoisting equipment adopted in themethod comprises a main arm and a rotary bottom disc, and each inter-joint frame can be subjected to precast beam hoisting overall in a simple supporting and hanging beam form and a cantilever hanging beam form. Through the innovative application of the novel hoisting equipment to large warehouse building construction, a brand-new PC beam component hoisting manner is provided, the hoisting and mounting efficiency is improved, and the precast beam hoisting problem in large warehouse logistics buildings with three or more floors is solved. Practice has proved that through the construction method, the construction cost can be obviously saved, construction potential safety hazards can be reduced, and the construction progress can be improved. The method can be widely popularized into PC beamhoisting construction of large-area, long-span, large-floor-height and multi-floor factory buildings and warehouse buildings.

    本发明公开了一种仓储物流建筑中预制梁吊装施工方法,属于施工方法领域。本发明所采用的爬式吊装设备包括主臂和回转底盘,整体可以通过简支吊梁和悬臂吊梁两种形式对每个节间框进行预制梁吊装。本发明通过新型的吊装设备在大型仓储建筑施工中的创新应用,提供了一种全新的PC梁构件吊装方式,提高了吊装及安装效率,解决了三层以上大型仓储物流建筑中预制梁吊装难题。实践证明该施工方法,可以显著节省施工成本,减少施工安全隐患,提高施工进度。本发明可广泛于大面积、大跨度、大层高、多层厂房及仓储类建筑的PC梁吊装施工中进行推广。
