The number of the adjusting rod sets is at least three, and the at least three adjusting rod sets are sequentially arranged in the second direction. The use method of the climbing tool comprises the step that the distance between the first end of the ith adjusting rod set and the bearing table is shortened, so that the ith adjusting rod set is placed on the transfer table. Or the distance between the first end of the i-th adjusting rod set and the bearing table is increased, so that the i-th adjusting rod set goes down the transfer table. And when all the adjusting rod groups are adjusted, the to-be-carried objects on the bearing table are carried by the adjusting rod groups. Manual carrying can be replaced by a climbing tool, so that the carrying difficulty is reduced, and meanwhile, potential safety hazards can be reduced.
