The invention discloses a robot bionic climbing structure and a climbing method thereof. The structure comprises a robot, wherein a plurality of rotating shafts are arranged on the robot, telescopic rods are arranged at the two ends of the rotating shafts correspondingly, discs are connected to the telescopic rods in a sleeving mode correspondingly, bosses are arranged on the two sides of the discs correspondingly, corresponding crawler feet are connected to the two corresponding bosses on the each disc in a sleeving mode, semicircular grooves are formed in one sides of the crawler feet correspondingly, the bosses are located in the semicircular grooves correspondingly, sawteeth are arranged on the top sides and the bottom sides of the crawler feet correspondingly, mounting rods are fixedly mounted on the two sides of the discs correspondingly, corresponding mounting holes are formed in one sides of the two corresponding crawler feet on the every two bosses, and the ends, away from each other, of the two corresponding mounting rods on the each disc penetrate through the two corresponding mounting holes and are movably sleeved with corresponding mounting blocks. According to the structure, the each crawler foot can be rapidly and conveniently replaced, so that normal use of the robot is guaranteed, meanwhile, the distance between the crawler feet located on the two sides is adjustable, the applicability of the robot is improved, and the use of the robot can better meet the requirements of people.

    本发明公开了一种机器人仿生攀爬结构及其攀爬方法,包括机器人,所述机器人上设有多个转轴,转轴的两端均设有伸缩杆,伸缩杆上套接有圆盘,圆盘的两侧均设有凸台,两个凸台上均套接有爬虫足,爬虫足的一侧开设有半圆槽,凸台位于半圆槽内,爬虫足顶侧和底侧均设有锯齿,所述圆盘的两侧均固定安装有安装杆,两个爬虫足的一侧均开设有安装孔,两个安装杆相互远离的一端分别贯穿两个安装孔并均活动套接有安装块。本发明,能够使得每一个爬虫足均能够快速便捷的进行更换,从而保证了机器人的正常使用,同时位于两侧的爬虫足之间的距离可调,从而提高了机器人的适用性,使得机器人的使用更加能够满足人们的需求。
