The intelligent control module analyzes the instruction, analyzes the operation process of the tower crane, and judges the feasibility of the instruction; whether an obstacle exists in tower crane operation is judged through the visual measurement module, the visual measurement module judges the height and range of an object through binocular distance measurement, high-price equipment such as laser radar is not needed, low-cost equipment is not needed, a depth algorithm is not needed to recognize the obstacle, long-term maintenance of personnel is not needed, the maintenance cost is low, and meanwhile the visual measurement module utilizes parallax to achieve the visual measurement of the obstacle. The precision is high; according to the system, an operator of the tower crane is liberated from a cab, remote control is achieved, the operator is prevented from working on the crane, the danger degree of the operator of the tower crane is reduced, and intelligent judgment and obstacle avoidance are achieved to avoid accidents.

    本发明公开了一种基于定位坐标的塔机智能控制系统,属于远程遥控技术领域。本发明通过智能控制模块分析指令,解析塔机操作流程,判断指令可行性;通过视觉测算模块,判断塔机运行是否存在障碍物,视觉测算模块通过双目测距实现物体高度和范围判断,无需激光雷达等高价格设备成本低,不需要深度的算法识别障碍物,无需人员长期维护,维护的成本低,同时视觉测算模块利用视差,精度高;本系统将塔机的操作人员从驾驶室中解放出来,实现远程操控,避免操作人员提心吊胆的工作,降低塔机的操作人员的危险程度,智能判断躲避障碍物避免事故发生。
