The invention provides an intelligent tower crane body sensing control system, which comprises monocular display glasses, an image collector, a control rod and an intelligent processor, and is characterized in that the monocular display glasses are provided with an attitude sensor for acquiring an attitude sensing signal; the image collector is arranged on the lifting hook and is used for collecting image data on the lifting hook and transmitting the image data to the monocular display glasses; the control rod is provided with a function key integration device used for generating control signals. Image data on the lifting hook is transmitted to the monocular display glasses through the image collector, so that the front, back, left, right and lower positions of the lifting hook can be determined more clearly, and the attitude controller obtains attitude sensing signals and transmits the attitude sensing signals to the intelligent processor to control rotation of the tower crane and front and back movement of the variable amplitude trolley. The control rod transmits a control signal to the intelligent processor to control the lifting and angle of the lifting hook, so that the tower crane and the lifting hook do not need to be controlled by two hands respectively, a tower crane driver can control the tower crane conveniently, and the lowering accuracy of the lifting hook is improved.

    本发明的提出了一种智能塔机体感控制系统,包括:单目显示眼镜、图像采集器、控制杆和智能处理器,单目显示眼镜上设置有姿态传感器用于获取姿态感知信号;图像采集器设置在吊钩上用于采集所述吊钩上的图像数据传输给单目显示眼镜;控制杆上设置有功能键集成装置用于产生控制信号。本发明通过图像采集器将吊钩上的图像数据传递给单目显示眼镜,这样可以更清楚的确定吊钩前后左右以及下方的位置,姿态控制器获取姿态感知信号并传递给智能处理器用来控制塔机回转和变幅小车的前后运动,控制杆传递给智能处理器控制信号用来控制吊钩的升降与角度,因此,不需要双手分别控制塔机和吊钩,这样更有利于塔机司机操控,进而提升吊钩下放的精准度。
