The invention discloses an underwater self-balancing commercial vehicle and a shell structure thereof. The outer shell structure comprises an inner shell and an outer shell, the inner shell and the outer shell are both spheres, an inner cabin door is arranged on the inner shell, an outer cabin door and a drainage valve are arranged on the outer shell, the inner shell and the outer shell are arranged in a spaced mode to form a containing cavity, a plurality of friction devices and a drainage device are arranged in the containing cavity, and each friction device comprises a friction plate and a pressurizing piece. The pressurizing part is fixed to the surface of the inner shell, the friction plate is fixed to the pressurizing end of the pressurizing part, the friction plate makes contact with the inner surface of the outer shell, and the friction plate and the outer shell can slide relative to each other. The inner shell and the outer shell are arranged in a separated mode, water can be injected into the containing cavity, so that the aircraft sinks, the friction device is arranged between the inner shell and the outer shell, it is guaranteed that the inner shell does not shake in the containing cavity, and when the outer shell is subjected to friction force smaller than the friction force between the inner shell and the outer shell, the outer shell rotates, and meanwhile the inner shell is prevented from shaking. And the inner shell is always kept in a balanced state and cannot rotate along with the outer shell.

    本发明公开了一种水下自平衡商用航行器及其外壳结构。外壳结构包括内壳体和外壳体,内壳体和外壳体均为球体,内壳体上设有内舱门,外壳体上设有外舱门和排水阀,内壳体和外壳体间隔设置形成容置腔,容置腔内设有多个摩擦装置和一个排水装置,摩擦装置包括摩擦板和加压件,加压件固定在内壳体的表面,摩擦板固定在加压件的加压端,且摩擦板与外壳体的内表面相接触,摩擦板与外壳体可相对滑动。本发明的内壳体和外壳体分隔设置,因为容置腔内会注入水,使得航行器下沉,内壳体和外壳体之间设有摩擦装置,保证内壳体不在容置腔内晃动,而在外壳体受到小于两者之间的摩擦力时,外壳体转动的同时,保证内壳体始终保持平衡的状态,不会随外壳体转动。
