The invention provides an underwater vehicle and a composite material shell plate connecting structure thereof. The composite material shell plate connecting structure of the underwater vehicle comprises a metal lining, a bolt and a sealing cover, a nut is welded to the end face of the side, away from a composite material shell plate, of a steel structure, the metal lining is pasted in a mounting hole of the composite material shell plate, and the metal lining is hollow; the bolt is arranged on the metal lining in a penetrating mode, the end of the bolt is screwed out of the nut so that the steel structure and the composite material shell plate can be connected in a fastened mode, and a sealing cover covers the end face of the through hole of the metal lining and seals a hole above the head of the bolt. According to the composite material shell plate connecting structure of the underwater vehicle, firm connection between the composite material shell and the steel structure can be guaranteed, meanwhile, the problems of dismounting and hoisting of the composite material shell plate are solved, in addition, holes formed in the surface of the vehicle are eliminated, and therefore the sailing resistance and flow-induced noise are reduced, and the acoustic performance of the vehicle is improved.

    本发明提出一种水下航行器及其复合材料壳板连接结构。本水下航行器的复合材料壳板连接结构,包括金属衬套、螺栓以及封盖,螺母焊接于钢结构背离复合材料壳板一侧端面上,金属衬套粘贴于复合材料壳板的安装孔内部,金属衬套中空设置,螺栓穿设于金属衬套上且其端部旋出螺母外以将钢结构和复合材料壳板二者紧固连接,金属衬套的通孔端面处盖设有封盖,封盖将螺栓的头部上方孔封闭。本水下航行器的复合材料壳板连接结构,可保证复合材料壳体与钢结构连接牢固,同时还解决了复合材料壳板的拆卸、吊装难题,另外,还消除了航行器表面开孔,从而降低航行阻力和流激噪声,提升了航行器的声学性能。
