The invention discloses an outside-pipe real-time monitoring crawling robot capable of overturning at a free angle. The outside-pipe real-time monitoring crawling robot comprises two driving mechanisms, two connecting pieces and an overturning mechanism. The driving mechanism structurally comprises a fixing plate, a grabbing and holding assembly and a sensing assembly. The two ends of the turnover mechanism are correspondingly connected with the two driving mechanisms through the two connecting pieces correspondingly, so that the two driving mechanisms are arranged in an orthogonal mode. When the robot works, the distance between the robot and a pipeline needing to crawl is sensed through the sensing assemblies of the two driving mechanisms, then the two driving mechanisms are controlled to be adsorbed to the pipeline needing to crawl to freely crawl, and the robot can be overturned by a free angle on the pipeline through cooperation of the overturning mechanism, the first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism. The pipeline turnover device is simple in structure, reliable in movement and capable of achieving combined turnover in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction outside a pipeline so as to adapt to complex pipeline lines, and the circumferential face of the whole pipeline can be effectively monitored through a sensor component.

    本发明公开了一种能够自由角度翻转的管外实时监测爬行机器人,包括两个驱动机构、两个连接件和一个翻转机构;驱动机构结构包含固定板、抓抱组件和感应组件;翻转机构两端分别通过两个连接件和两个驱动机构对应连接,使得两个驱动机构正交设置。工作时,通过两个驱动机构的感应组件感应其和所需爬行的管道之间的距离,然后控制两个驱动机构吸附所需爬行的管道上自由爬行,而通过翻转机构和第一、第二驱动机构的配合又使得机器人能够在管道上进行自由角度的翻转。本发明结构简单,运动可靠,能够实现管道外水平、垂直方向的组合翻转从而适应复杂管道线路,能够通过传感器部件有效监测整个管道圆周面。
