The invention relates to a hoisting posture adjusting method for a giant side inclined truss structure. The hoisting posture adjusting method comprises the step of customizing a main steel wire rope, an auxiliary steel wire rope, a rope sleeve, a lifting lug, a set of pulley block, a chain block, a safety rope and other hoisting devices. Lifting lugs are welded to main pipes on the two sides of the giant side inclined truss in advance; the chain block and the corresponding safety rope are connected with the two auxiliary steel wire ropes respectively; the main steel wire ropes are wound on hook heads on the two sides of the lifting hook respectively; 10, the main crane hook is lifted, the main crane hook continues to be lifted, meanwhile, the chain block of the auxiliary steel wire rope is controlled to be adjusted, and after the giant side inclined truss is installed in place, the steps 7-10 are repeated to complete construction of lifting posture adjustment of the next truss. The hoisting posture adjusting method is simple and convenient to operate and control, few temporary measures are needed, convenience and rapidness are achieved, and human input can be greatly reduced. When the posture is adjusted, the pulley block enables chain block of the main lifting point to be labor-saving, and the safety coefficient can be greatly improved.

    本发具一种巨型侧斜桁架结构的吊装姿态调整方法,包括定制主钢丝绳、副钢丝绳、绳套、吊耳,一套滑轮组、倒链、保险绳及其他吊装器具;提前将吊耳焊接至巨型侧斜桁架两侧主管上;将倒链及其对应的保险绳分别与两根副钢丝绳连接;分别将主钢丝绳各自穿绕在吊钩两侧钩头;主吊机吊钩起钩,主吊机吊钩继续起钩,同时操控副钢丝绳的倒链进行调节,将巨型侧斜桁架安装就位后,重复步骤7~步骤10完成下一榀桁架吊装姿态调整的施工。本吊装姿态调整方法操控较为简单便捷,所需临时措施较少,方便快捷,可大大减少人力投入。调节姿态时,滑轮组可使主吊点的倒链省力,安全系数可大大提升。
