The invention provides a hoisting method for an inclined steel structure truss. The hoisting method comprises the steps that S1, the gravity center of the truss to be installed is determined; s2, drawing a truss diagram on drawing software according to the proportion of 1: 1 and the installation inclination angle of the truss, drawing a position sample point of the gravity center on the truss diagram, and drawing position sample points of a first lifting rope hanging point and a second lifting rope hanging point on the truss diagram; s3, drawing a vertical sample line of the gravity center, drawing a position sample point of the hoisting point, and drawing sample lines of the first hoisting rope and the second hoisting rope; s4, the actual positions of the first lifting rope hanging point and the second lifting rope hanging point are determined, and the actual lengths of the first lifting rope and the second lifting rope are determined according to the length of the sample line of the first lifting rope and the length of the sample line of the second lifting rope. By means of the method, the lengths of the two lifting ropes can be calculated before lifting, the angle of the truss after lifting is the inclination angle during installation, lifting efficiency is improved, and working hours are saved.

    本发明提供了一种倾斜钢结构桁架的吊装方法,包括S1:确定待安装桁架的重心;S2:在制图软件上按照1:1的比例和所述桁架的安装倾斜角度绘制桁架图,在所述桁架图上绘制所述重心的位置样点,在所述桁架图上绘制第一吊绳挂点和第二吊绳挂点的位置样点;S3:绘制所述重心的铅垂样线,绘制所述吊装点的位置样点,绘制第一吊绳、第二吊绳的样线;S4:确定所述第一吊绳挂点和所述第二吊绳挂点的实际位置,根据所述第一吊绳的样线和所述第二吊绳的样线的长度确定所述第一吊绳和所述第二吊绳的实际长度。利用上述方法能够在吊装前,计算出两个吊绳的长度,桁架起吊后的角度即为安装时的倾斜角度,提高了吊装效率,节约了工时。
