The invention provides a steel truss hoisting gravity center adjusting device and method. The steel truss hoisting gravity center adjusting device comprises two lifting lugs, a mounting plate, a plurality of positioning frames and a traction assembly. The two lifting lugs are arranged on the steel truss at intervals in the length direction of the steel truss, and the mounting plate is provided with two safety ropes connected with the two lifting lugs respectively. The positioning plates are all arranged on the lower side of the mounting plate, each positioning frame is suitable for being buckled to the upper end face of the steel truss, the two ends of each positioning frame are each connected with a balance weight part, the balance weight parts are detachably connected with the positioning frames, and/or the weight of the balance weight parts is adjustable. And the traction assembly is arranged on the mounting plate and is connected with each positioning frame. In the actual use process, inclination and shaking of the steel truss can be limited in the mode of disassembling the balance weight piece and/or adjusting the weight of the balance weight piece. According to the steel truss hoisting gravity center adjusting device and method, the gravity center of the steel truss can be adjusted, the steel truss is prevented from shaking and inclining in the air, and therefore the safety of a construction site is guaranteed.

    本申请提供了一种钢桁架吊装重心调节装置及方法,其中的装置包括两个吊耳、安装板、多个定位架和牵引组件;两个吊耳沿钢桁架的长度方向间隔设置在钢桁架上,安装板上具有分别和两个吊耳相连的两根安全绳。多个定位板均设置在安装板下侧,且每个定位架均适于扣合在钢桁架的上端面,定位架的两端均连接有配重件,且配重件与定位架可拆卸连接,和/或,配重件的重量可调节。牵引组件设置在安装板上,且与每个定位架相连。实际使用时,通过拆除配重件和/或调节配重件重量的方式,可限制钢桁架的倾斜和晃动。本申请提供的钢桁架吊装重心调节装置及方法,能够调节钢桁架的重心,避免钢桁架在空中晃动和倾斜,从而确保施工现场的安全性。
