The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical transmission, in particular to a multi-stage retarding device. The multistage retarding device comprises a sealing assembly, a stator, a rotor assembly and a medium adjusting assembly. Liquid is contained in the sealing assembly, the stator and the rotor assembly are combined to form a positive displacement pump, a throttling hole is formed in a liquid outlet of the positive displacement pump, the medium adjusting assembly changes the throttling damping effect of the throttling hole by adjusting the viscosity of a medium, and the rotor assembly is connected with an external part to be retarded. An external part to be retarded drives the rotor assembly to rotate, high pressure is formed at the liquid outlet, resistance is generated under the throttling effect of the throttling holes, mechanical energy of the rotor assembly is converted into pressure potential energy of liquid, then the pressure potential energy is converted into heat energy, and braking force is generated. According to the multi-stage retarding assembly, energy conversion is conducted through mechanical energy of the part to be retarded, retarding braking is achieved, and the energy-saving effect is remarkable.

    本发明涉机械传动技术领域,具体涉及一种多级缓速装置。该多级缓速装置,包括:密封组件、定子、转子组件和介质调节组件;所述密封组件内具有液体,所述定子和所述转子组件组合成容积泵,容积泵的出液口处设置有节流孔,介质调节组件通过调节介质粘稠度,改变节流孔的节流阻尼效果,所述转子组件与外部待缓速部件连接,外部待缓速部件带动所述转子组件转动,在出液口处形成高压,在所述节流孔的节流效果下产生阻力,所述转子组件的机械能转化为液体的压力势能进而转化为热能从而产生制动力。本发明提供的多级缓速组件利用待缓速部件自身的机械能进行能量转换实现缓速制动,节能效果显著。
