The invention relates to a retarding device. According to the invention, mechanical energy is converted into electric energy, the electric energy is transmitted and converted into heat energy, the heat energy is then used to heat a liquid, and the heated liquid can be vaporized to take away a large amount of heat to reduce the weight of a cooling device; the evaporated liquid steam is recovered through condensation so as to reduce the liquid consumption; by using the corresponding relation between the liquid saturated steam temperature and the saturated steam pressure, the pressure is increased, and the boiling point is increased, so that the equipment weight is further reduced by increasing the heat exchange temperature difference; and by using the technical scheme, auxiliary braking canbe safe and efficient, and a new mode is provided for motor vehicle auxiliary braking.

    一种缓速装置,通过将机械能转换为电能然后经过传输再转换为热能,然后热能用以加热液体,加热后的液体可以汽化带走大量的热量,减少了冷却装置的重量,为了减少液体的消耗,蒸发后的液体蒸汽通过冷凝回收,同时利用液体饱和蒸汽温度与饱和蒸汽压力对应的关系,提高压力增加沸点,可以提高换热温差进一步减小设备重量,通过这种方式可以让辅助制动更加安全高效,机动车辅助制动提供了一种新的方式。
