The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging and discharging control method and system. The method comprises the steps that the current power consumption of a power grid in a predetermined area is obtained; according to the electricity consumption of the current power grid, predicting the electricity consumption of the predetermined region in a future time period after the current time period; judging whether the electricity consumption of the predetermined region meets a predetermined condition or not; if the electricity consumption of the predetermined area meets the predetermined condition, the price of a charging and discharging motor in the predetermined area for recycling electric power from the electric vehicle is adjusted, the charging and discharging motor is used for charging the electric vehicle, and the charging and discharging motor is further used for recycling the electric power from the electric vehicle and applying the recycled electric power to a power grid. The problem caused by the fact that an existing electric vehicle charging and discharging strategy cannot give consideration to multi-party demands is solved, the multi-party demands are coordinated, and the balance between power utilization of a power grid and power utilization of an electric vehicle is improved.

    本申请公开了一种电动车充放电控制方法和系统,该方法包括:获取预定地区的当前的电网的用电量;根据所述当前电网的用电量预计在当前之后的未来时段内所述预定地区的用电量;判断所述预定地区的用电量是否符合预定条件;如果所述预定地区的用电量符合所述预定条件,则调整所述预定地区内的充放电机从电动汽车回收电力的价格,其中,所述充放电机用于对电动汽车进行充电,所述充放电机还用于从所述电动汽车回收电力并将回收的电力用于电网。通过本申请解决了现有的电动汽车充放电策略不能兼顾多方需求所导致的问题,从而协调了多方的需求,提高了电网用电和电动车用电之间的平衡。
