The compression elastic pieces applies pressure to the guide wheel pairs to enable the wheel pairs to be in stable contact with rails, a first magnetic part is arranged at the bottom of the longitudinal beams, the guide wheels are used for providing first supporting force, the first magnetic part is used for providing second supporting force, and the ratio of the first supporting force to the second supporting force is 0.25-0.75: 1. The structure of the bogie is simplified, vehicle-mounted equipment is reduced, the self weight of the train is reduced, non-adhesion traction design is adopted, ultra-light weight of the train is achieved, and compared with a B-type subway, under the condition of the same passenger capacity, the full load weight can be reduced by 40% or above, and the energy-saving effect is remarkable.

    本发明涉及轨道交通技术领域,具体涉及一种超轻磁浮列车的转向架结构,包括两个纵梁和一个横梁构成的“工”字形架构,纵梁的外侧设置有永磁动子,横梁的两侧对称设置有导向轮对,纵梁上设置有紧压弹力件,所述紧压弹力件对导向轮对施加压力,让轮对与轨道稳定触接,纵梁底部设置有第一磁力件,所述导向轮用于提供第一支撑力,所述第一磁力件用于提供第二支撑力,第一支撑力和第二支撑力的比值为0.25~0.75:1。本发明简化了车辆转向架结构,减少了车载设备,减轻了车辆自重,采用非黏着牵引设计,实现了车辆的超轻型化,相比于B型地铁,在载客量相同的情况下,车辆满载重量可降低40%以上,节能效果显著。
