The pantograph monitoring operation and maintenance system comprises: a sensor acquisition network, a binocular recognition monitoring unit and industrial personal computers of the sensor acquisition network and the binocular recognition monitoring unit; the server that is used for data processing, coupling analysis, deep learning and fault diagnosis; a pantograph digital twin model used for real-time state display, wherein the pantograph digital twin model is a three-dimensional digital model consistent with the vehicle pantograph physical model; the man-machine interaction module that is used for displaying the real-time state, the fault prediction result, the influence factors and the corresponding solutions of the pantograph digital twin model, where the server is connected with the industrial personal computer, the pantograph digital twin model and the man-machine interaction module. According to the invention, the capabilities and characteristics of high-fidelity synchronization of the virtual entity and the physical entity, interaction and optimization of the virtual entity and the physical entity, simulation prediction based on the virtual entity and the like can be realized, and an effective solution is provided for life-cycle health management, fault diagnosis and early warning of the pantograph equipment.
