The whole-vehicle automated guided transport vehicle at least comprises a lifting state, a transportation state and an unloading state. In the lifting state, the walking driver drives the whole-vehicle automatic guiding transport vehicle to run to the bottom of the vehicle body in the left-right direction of the vehicle body, and after the four telescopic fork arm assemblies correspond to four wheels of the vehicle body, the telescopic fork arm assemblies stretch out, the wheels are lifted up, and the wheels leave the ground; in the transportation state, the walking driver drives the whole-vehicle automatic guide transport vehicle to run to a destination; and in the unloading state, the telescopic fork arm assemblies retract and are separated from the wheels, the vehicle body touches the ground, and the walking driver drives the whole-vehicle automated guided transport vehicle to run out of the bottom of the vehicle body in the left-right direction of the vehicle body. The telescopic fork arm assembly is low in height, and the use space of a production line is saved.
