The invention discloses a lifting tool and a lifting method for a square joint circle of a marine low-speed diesel engine. The lifting tool comprises a lifting lug, a lifting plate, a gasket and a connecting bolt, wherein the lifting plate is provided with kidney-shaped holes corresponding to the process threaded holes, the lifting plate is fixed to the upper portion of the square joint circle through the process threaded holes by means of the connecting bolts, the gasket is installed between the connecting bolts and the lifting plate, the lifting lug is welded to the lifting plate, and the lifting lug is provided with a lifting hole used for a lifting belt to penetrate through. The kidney-shaped hole of the lifting plate is aligned with the process threaded hole of the square joint circle, the lifting tool is fixedly installed on the square joint circle through the connecting bolt and the gasket, the lifting belt penetrates through the lifting hole, and the square joint circle is lifted through a travelling crane. According to the invention, the problems of infirm hoisting and easy damage to a pipe system caused by the existing operation mode adopted by the square joint circle hoisting operation of the marine low-speed diesel engine are effectively solved, and tool has the advantages of simplicity in operation, safety and reliability.

    一种船用低速柴油机方接圆的起吊用工装及起吊方法,所述起吊用工装包括吊耳、吊板、垫片和连接螺栓;其中,吊板上设有与工艺螺纹孔相对应的腰型孔,该吊板利用连接螺栓通过该工艺螺纹孔固定于方接圆的上部,垫片安装于连接螺栓与吊板之间,吊耳焊接于吊板上,该吊耳上设有用于穿吊带的起吊孔;将吊板的腰型孔对准方接圆的工艺螺纹孔,通过连接螺栓和垫片将起吊用工装固定安装在方接圆上,在起吊孔中穿入吊带,利用行车对方接圆进行起吊。本发明有效地解决了船用低速柴油机方接圆起吊作业所采用的现有操作方式所造成的起吊不牢靠、易损坏管系的问题,具有操作简单、安全可靠的优点。
