The invention discloses a lifting tool for a frequency modulation wheel of a marine low-speed diesel engine. The lifting tool comprises a lifting column, an adjustable eccentric connecting plate, an eccentric lifting plate, a plurality of auxiliary lifting plates and four lifting cantilevers, wherein the lower portion of the lifting column is of an inclined cross structure, the adjustable eccentric connecting plate is fixedly connected to one side of the upper portion of the lifting column, the eccentric lifting plate is connected to the adjustable eccentric connecting plate in a position-adjustable mode and used for vertically hoisting the frequency modulation wheel, the auxiliary lifting plates are fixedly connected to the top end, the bottom end and the back portion of the lifting column correspondingly, and are used for moving and turning over the lifting tool and adjusting position deviation so as to achieve the vertical lifting state of the frequency modulation wheel, and four lifting cantilevers are horizontally and fixedly connected to the inclined cross-shaped structure of the lifting column, located on the same side of the adjustable eccentric connecting plate and the eccentric lifting plate and connected to the frequency modulation wheel through bolts. According to the lifting tool for frequency modulation wheel of marine low-speed diesel engine and the method, the vertical lifting of different eccentric frequency modulation wheels is realized, the lifting tool and the method are suitable for different working conditions, improves the lifting state, reduces the working intensity, and have the advantages of convenience in loading and unloading, stability in operation, safety and reliability.

    一种船用低速柴油机调频轮的起吊工具,包括起吊柱、可调偏心连接板、偏心吊板、多个辅助吊板和四个起吊悬臂;其中,起吊柱的下部为斜十字形结构,可调偏心连接板固定连接于起吊柱的上部的一侧,偏心吊板位置可调整地连接于可调偏心连接板上,用于竖直地吊装调频轮,多个辅助吊板分别固定连接于起吊柱的顶端、底端和背部,用于起吊工具的转运与翻身以及位置偏差的调整,以达到调频轮的竖直吊装状态,四个起吊悬臂水平地固定连接于起吊柱的斜十字形结构上,位于可调偏心连接板和偏心吊板的同一侧,并且通过螺栓与调频轮连接。本发明实现了不同偏心的调频轮的竖直吊装,适用于不同工况,改善了起吊状态,降低了工作强度,具有装卸方便、操作平稳、安全可靠的优点。
