The invention discloses a marine diesel engine frequency modulation wheel lifting tool which comprises a cross beam, a frequency modulation wheel lifting chain, a balancing weight lifting chain, a balancing weight and a balancing weight position adjusting device. The cross beam comprises two steel channels, a lifting transverse pin and a frequency modulation wheel lifting plate, the two ends of the lifting transverse pin are respectively welded to the corresponding steel channels, the upper end of the frequency modulation wheel lifting chain is hooked at the lower end of the frequency modulation wheel lifting plate, the lower end of the frequency modulation wheel lifting chain is screwed into a frequency modulation wheel, the balancing weight position adjusting device is arranged on the upper side of the other end of the cross beam, the upper end of the balancing weight lifting chain is hooked on the lower side of the balancing weight position adjusting device, and the lower end of thebalancing weight lifting chain is screwed into the balancing weight. A lifting method comprises the following steps that (1) the lifting tool is assembled; (2) the position of a lifting point of thebalancing weight on the cross beam is determined; (3) the frequency modulation wheel and the balancing weight are respectively connected; and (4) the two ends of the cross beam are used for carrying the balancing weight and the frequency modulation wheel to move into a mounting position of the frequency modulation wheel correspondingly. The marine diesel engine frequency modulation wheel lifting tool is good in universality, the mounting efficiency is remarkably improved, the mounting cost is reduced, and the lifting problems of assembly and replacement of the frequency modulation wheel aftera whole marine diesel engine is assembled are effectively solved.

    本发明公开了一种船用柴油机调频轮吊运工装,包括横梁、调频轮吊链、配重块吊链、配重块和配重块位置调节装置,横梁包括两根槽钢、起吊横销和调频轮吊板。起吊横销两端分别焊在对应的槽钢上。调频轮吊链上端钩挂在调频轮吊板下端上,下端拧入调频轮内。配重块位置调节装置设置在横梁另一端上侧,配重块吊链上端钩挂在配重块位置调节装置的下侧上,下端拧入配重块内。吊运方法包括1)装配吊运工装,2)确定横梁上配重块的吊点位置,3)分别连接调频轮和配重块,4)横梁两端分别挑着配重块和调频轮移进调频轮安装位置。本发明通用性好,显著提高了安装工效,降低了安装成本,有效解决了船用柴油机整机装配后调频轮的装配及更换的吊运难题。
